Acero at Algodon Center

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Acero at Algodon Center. The staff are friendly and helpful….Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have always received a prompt response. The maintenance team has always quickly and thoroughly ensured that I had an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting at Acero and I strongly recommend their properties to all prospects looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Acero, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

Very beautiful place but gunshots are heard daily and someone broke into are apartment last Friday, I think they were drunk or on something. They broke the sliding door. Was scary, I stopped them from entering and the apartment complex might have pressed charges also. I told him to leave before he broke in but he didn't want to leave. We had our outside storage broken into twice too few weeks before this happened. They stole a lot of tools. Be on the lookout for any suspicious activity around here. Security and police takes and hour to arrive!

This place was really amazing when we first moved in. However, after living here for a year it’s gone down hill SIGNIFICANTLY. Not sure if there is new management or what but I would steer clear. The other tenants that live here have absolutely no respect for anyone who lives here and management does nothing about it. If you enjoy trash and dog poop everywhere, enjoy the smell of weed seeping through your walls at all times of the day and management threatening to fine you over having a singular piece of cloth on your balcony than this place might be for you. Also don’t ever bother renting out the club house they have here for an event for a party.. you will be left with no AC in an Arizona summer, a broken fridge, and they will fine you for staying to clean up after yourselves and not tell you about a 30 minute grace period they are suppose to give you to set up for your event.

JUST MONEY HUNGRY! At first the experience was great! My spouse and I had our hopes up for this apartment, paid the application fees, and all! But once it came down to paying the firsts months rent everything went down hill. They were hounding us to sign the lease for an apartment we never even viewed yet for rent over $2,000. After calling and asking them multiple times can we come down to see the apartment we paid the holding fee for. They tried to tell us we can view the apartment the same day we were supposed to move in and make the first months payment. Then they started to hound us about getting this paid and getting that paid before we seen anything. Something said to read the reviews before signing the lease so my spouse and I read every single good and bad review and low and behold everything the previous tenants posted about this “legal scam of place” was true! All they want is YOUR MONEY. The reviews were HORRIBLE!!! People breaking into houses, breaking into cars, crashing into people cars and not doing a thing about it. What kind of scam place are y’all running. We should’ve known y'all was money hungry when y'all had y'all own call center. I guess someone’s gotta get paid right? Smh not only did y’all try an rush the process of getting our money. Y’all literally said prior to paying any fees that we’d get our $200 holding deposits back if we decided to cancel the lease before signing and after moving in. Now since we decided to cancel now all of sudden we can’t get our $200 back. I guess y'all needed it more than we did. Like my spouse and I are not the ones moving but okay. DONT MOVE IN HERE!! , don’t trust how nice they are cause that’s their catch be nice to reel you in to TRAP YOU!!
